Privacy notice

Pre-launch notice. The operator’s legal name, support contact, final retention policy, and regions must be completed before paid launch.

What we collect

Account email and ID; consent; conversations and AI-generated summaries; mood check-ins, goals, journal entries and worksheet answers; subscription identifiers and usage totals; and limited authenticated product events. Conversation text is not included in conversion analytics.

How your words are handled

Conversation and reflection text is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage in Supabase PostgreSQL. Encryption keys are stored separately in server configuration. This is not end-to-end encryption: the application decrypts relevant conversation text to send to Google’s paid Gemini API and to show it to you.

Google receives the current message, bounded recent history and a short AI-generated summary. Journal entries, standalone mood notes and worksheets are not automatically sent to the AI. Google’s pricing documentation says paid-tier content is not used to improve its products. Abuse-monitoring and legal retention may still apply under provider terms.

Service providers

Stripe handles card information and recurring payments. We store customer and subscription IDs, not card numbers. Vercel hosts the application. Supabase provides authentication and storage. Provider regions and contractual protections must be confirmed before launch.

Cookies and analytics

Authentication uses cookies. This build records limited authenticated usage events without advertising trackers or sensitive text. Anonymous visitor and acquisition analytics are not yet enabled. Administrators see operational metrics and account status, not private conversations through the dashboard. Operators with server and key access can technically access stored text.

Your choices

Delete individual conversations or entries, export stored data, or delete your account in Settings. Account deletion removes application records and cancels subscriptions. Stripe payment records and provider backups may remain for their applicable retention periods.

Retention and contact

Saved records are kept until you delete them in this pre-launch build. A finalized retention and backup deletion schedule and support address must be added before launch. The sample tour keeps entries in memory only. Adults 18+.
